ZigBee, RF4CE, JenNet-IP and IEEE802.15.4 wireless microcontroller with 256 kB Flash, 32 kB RAM

JN5168微控制器是一款超低功耗、高性能的無線微控制器,支持JenNet-IP、ZigBeePRO及RF4CE網絡協議棧,以方便家庭自動化、智能能源、光鏈路和遠程控制應用的發展。該系列微控制器配置了增強型32位RISC處理器,內嵌256 kB Flash,32 kB RAM和 4 kB E2PROM,通過可變寬度指令、多級指令流水線、低功耗與可編程時鐘速度來提高代碼效率。同時還包括一個2.4GHzIEEE802.15.4標準的收發器和一個全面的混合模擬和數字外設。三種內存配置可供選擇,以適應不同的應用。工作電流為15mA,具有0.6uA睡眠定時模式,使設備可以以紐扣電池供電并使電池壽命更長。
JN5168無線微控制器的外設支持廣泛的應用。這些外設包括I2C,可配置成主機或者從機的SPI接口,一個4通道ADC,一個溫度傳感器。同時還支持一個100個元素或者20鍵電容觸摸屏的開關矩陣。
